From-mom.com offers Ground, 2-Day, and Next Day Service with Fedex. Fedex delivers M-F. Please see map below for approximate Ground Shipping transit times. The transit times do not include the day the care package is shipped. For example, if there is a 2 day transit time and the package is shipped out on a Monday, the package will arrive on Wednesday.

Our Fedex Delivery services DO NOT include Saturday or Sunday Delivery. If you need Saturday delivery, please call 877-666-2968. Additional charges may apply. There is no option for delivery on Sunday or Holidays.

Fedex does not deliver to PO Boxes. If you submit a PO Box as a shipping address, we will automatically ship your package via USPS Priority Mail. Additional charges will apply as USPS costs are higher. These charges will be reflected in the shipping confirmation email.

Future Delivery Dates- You have the option to enter a date for packages to to be shipped in the future. Please make sure you have allowed enough time for the package to arrive with service chosen.

We currently ship to US addresses, Hawaii, Alaska, and APO/FPO addresses.

To maintain our quality shipping standards, only Next Day service is available for Hawaii and Alaska.

Please note-Many college and university housing facilities have a central package pickup location. Students may be required to pick up their package at a desk or mail center. The following shipping times reflect the delivery to the address provided. It does not account for individual college and university package distribution policies. Because of this, students may receive packages shortly after delivery. Please contact the college or university if you have questions.

MAIL /
PACKAGE ROOM: Many colleges
have a mail room which receives student packages.
These mail rooms receive the package on the day you
indicate you want the package to be delivered.
Often the student is notified that they have a package
waiting THE NEXT DAY. The student may not pick up
the package until 2 DAYS AFTER it was delivered (or
more).
Schedule your package to arrive
EARLY. Although it's not required, it's not a bad
idea to notify the student that a package is coming
their way so that they can look out for a slip or email
from the mailroom or
inquire with the mail room if they have not received the
package. This will not spoil their surprise, but
rather help to build excitement and anticipation of
something coming their way. Oh yeah...and it will help to
ensure that they actually receive the package.
CAMPUS
ADDRESSES: Check with Housing, Residence Life, or
Student Affairs to make sure your shipping address is
formatted correctly. Sometimes a dorm name and
number is required (we cannot obtain this for you),
other times a campus box number. In almost all
cases, we must have a physical street address in
order to ship via FedEx. Campus Box Numbers do not
always work in the same way regular PO Boxes work....in
most cases packages may be delivered to a campus box
number via FedEx if a street address is included in the shipping
address.

Returns & Undeliverable Packages Policy
We
guarantee safe delivery and quality for all of our packages. If any of the items in your care package
are damaged upon delivery or if the package is not delivered in a timely fashion*, you or the recipient must contact our office within 3 business
days after delivery, to discuss a replacement or refund. Please call us 877-666-2968 or email us at customercare@from-mom.com regarding any damage or quality concerns. *If package is not delivered, you must contact us with in 7 days of ship date.
