WHAT IS AN MVP PACKAGE?
The Maximum Value Package offers a different assortment of snacks, beverages and home baked goods each month. These packages are available in small, medium, and large and may be purchased individually or through our MVP Club.
WHAT IS THE MVP CLUB?
The MVP Club allows you to choose and send Care Packages automatically. Joining the club is easy and it's free! The more months you select, the more money you save! All you do is choose the months and care package size, and we do the rest!
WHAT IS A SMART PACK?
A SmartPack is a great way to save time and money.
HOW SOON WILL MY CARE PACKAGE PURCHASE BE SHIPPED?
Most packages ship within 24 hours of order unless otherwise specified.
All orders received Monday thru Friday by
12:00pm CST will ship out that day. Orders received after 12:00pm CST
or placed over the weekend/holiday will ship out the next business day.
WHEN IS MY CREDIT CARD BILLED?
We bill your credit card when the care package order is placed.
CAN I INCLUDE A MESSAGE?
YES! On the order form, there is a section for you to write your own message and it will be included in your care package. |
DO YOU ONLY SHIP TO COLLEGE STUDENTS?
No. From Mom.com is happy to ship care packages to your friends, family co-workers and military personnel. The excellent variety and quality of our products make our care packages fabulous gifts for anyone!
DO YOU HAVE FUNDRAISING OPPORTUNITIES?
Yes! From Mom.com Care Packages are a great way to raise funds for student and parent organizations such as Alumni Associations, Athletic Teams, Sororities, Fraternities, and Residence Hall Associations.

CAN I SEND JUST COOKIES?
Yes! From Mom.com ships cookies within 24 hours of baking. To send a dozen or more of our fresh baked cookies, see our Just Cookies page.
WHERE DOES MY STUDENT RECEIVE THEIR PACKAGE?
If your student lives in a Dormitory or Residence Hall, they will be notified by their mail center for package pickup. In addition, we can e-mail your student to let them know when their package will arrive.
WHEN WILL MY MVP CLUB PACKAGES BE SHIPPED?
If one of the months you have selected is the current month, that care package will ship immediately. All other monthly packages will ship either the 1st or 2nd Monday of the month depending on the month. For example, December will ship the 1st Monday.
DO YOU SHIP TO PO BOXES?
NO. We require a complete street address. |
